These terms govern the purchase of products on teixidets.com between Teixidets and the consumer or professional customer.

2. Products and prices
Products (fabrics and related items), prices in euros and applicable taxes are shown on each product page and at checkout. Photos are indicative; slight colour differences may occur depending on screen or batch. Stock is limited; if an item cannot be supplied, we will tell you and refund any amount paid.
3. Order and payment
The order is placed when you confirm the purchase and accept these terms. Payment is made using the methods available in the shop (WooPayments or others shown). You will receive email confirmation when the order is registered.
4. Shipping
Shipping costs, times and zones are shown at checkout or in the shop information before payment. Timescales are estimates and may vary for logistics reasons beyond Teixidets’ control.
5. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to legal exceptions (for example custom-made goods or sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed). Notify info@teixidets.com and return the goods in good condition following our instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we state otherwise or the error is ours.
6. Returns and refunds
After we receive and check the return, we will refund the relevant amount via the same payment method used, within the applicable legal period. If the product lacks conformity, we will inform you of repair, replacement, price reduction or contract termination options under consumer law.
